This being the time heretofore noticed by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors for hearing on the recommendation of the East County Regional Planning Commission on the request by Bellecci and Associates (applicant) and Fred Lorenzetti (owner) to rezone 1. 14 acres situated at the northwest corner of Loren Lane and Mellowood Drive from Single Family Residential (R-40) to Single Family Residential (R-12) in the Oakley area. The public hearing was opened and the following person appeared to speak: Frank Bellecci, 2552 Stanwell Drive, Concord, representing Fred Lorenzetti, commented on issues including that the 1. 14 acre parcel has a General Plan designation of three to five units per acre and they are requesting that the rezoning be approved at the minimum range of the General Plan. Supervisor Torlakson moved to continue the public hearing to June 6, 1989 at 11: 00 a.m. Therefore, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the hearing on the above matter is CONTINUED to June 6, 1989 at 11:00 a.m. I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
