RESOLUTION NO.89/331
SUBJECT: Resolution authorizing Public Works Director to process
bills for costs to date in anticipation of executing an
agreement between Ambrose Parks and Recreation District
and County Landscaping and Lighting District 1979-3
(LL-2) Zone 9 (West Pittsburg) . (7788-6X5421)
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES that:
The Board on May 12 , 1987, adopted its Resolution confirming
the engineer's report ordering improvements and levying the
annual assessment for Zone 9 County Landscaping and Lighting
District 1979-3 (LL-2) . The contract work component of the
report requires that Ambrose Parks and Recreation District
shall enter into a contract with the landscaping and
lighting zone and shall furnish all labor, equipment and
materials required to do the work necessary to satisfy the
requirements of the . landscaping and lighting zone in
accordance with the approved scope of work.
Ambrose Parks and Recreation District has incurred certain
expenses in anticipation of the signed agreement with the
County and requests that landscaping and lighting district,
Zone 9, funds be advanced to reimburse them for this
expense.
The Board of Supervisors hereby AUTHORIZES the Public Works
Director to arrange for the payment of $27,565.70 (quarterly
expenditures for January through March, 1989) to Ambrose Parks
and Recreation District from the County Landscaping and Lighting
District 1979-3 (LL-2) , Zone 9 (West Pittsburg) funds.
I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
