At 2: 15 P.M. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez. At 3 : 30 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - May 16 , 1989 (Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities) A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal. B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 . 9, subdivision: (b) Significant exposure to litigation. C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 .9, subdivision: (a) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the litigation are: 1 . Paul Alvarez v. Barcar, Inc. , et al. 2. Billy Norris v. C.C.C. , Worker's Comp. 3 . Angelina Roberts v. C.C.C. , No. OAK 135908/909 WCAB 4 . Cadillac Ambulance Services , Inc. v. C.C.C.
