THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on May 16, 1989 by the following vote:

RESOLUTION NO. 89/317
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads
as County Roads, DP 3014-86, Alamo Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the
improvements for DP 3014-86, being developed by Alamo's West
Properties, have . been completed and that such improvements have
been constructed without the need for a Road Improvement Agreement.
The Public Works Director has further notified this Board
that the improvements were completed with the exception of minor
deficiencies, for which a $1, 000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit
Permit No. 115332 , dated October 21, 1986) , originally deposited
as refundable cash security for performance by C. E. John Company,
will be forfeited to cover the County's costs in repairing a resulting
ponding problem on Las Trampas Road.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements in the
above-named development have been COMPLETED as of this date May
16, 1989.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Las Trampas Road
is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road; the right of way
was conveyed by separate instrument, recorded on May 7, 1987, in
Volume 13629 of Official Records on page 351.
BE IT ALSO ORDERED that the Public Works Department, Maintenance
Division will repair the ponding problem on Las Trampas Road at
the frontage of this development.
I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
