SUBJECT; Closed Session
The Chairman announced that a closed session would be
held in accordance with the parameters as set forth in the
attached announcement.
At 12 : 00 P.M. the Board recessed into closed session in
Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez.
At 1: 00 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda.
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - April 4, 1989
(Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its
capacities)
A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated
representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to
consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of
performance, or dismissal.
B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 . 9, subdivision:
(b) Significant exposure to litigation.
C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 . 9, subdivision:
(a) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the
litigation are:
1 . L. E. WeisenburQ v. C.C.C.
2 . Cynthia Phillips v. C.C.C. , SAC 139530 .
