The County is exploring the requirements of both the State Boating and Waterways Agency and the East Bay Regional Park District to develop the necessary outline for the required feasibility studies. In addition, a mechanism to pay for the studies must be determined. When these and other questions are answered we will bring a recommendation back to the Board of Supervisors for action.
