SPECIFIC REQUESTS(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS) & BACKGROUND AND
JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action:
ACCEPT Grant Deed dated April 10, 1989 from Mario Lamorte,
et.ux, and DIRECT the Real Property Division to have the deed
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder.
II. Financial Impact:
None
III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
The area being acquired is for a right turn lane off Treat
Blvd. into the Pleasant Hill Bart Station. The deed
represents the grantor's 10% interest in the property; the
Board on January 31, 1989 having accepted a deed from Suellen
Lamorte, et al, for the other 90% interest.
