HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04251989 - 1.19 /- l9 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on April 25, 1989 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, McPeak & Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Granting Permission to Partially Close Shell Avenue, in the Martinez Area. The Public Works Director having reported that prior approval has been granted to the Pacific Gas & Electric Company to partially close (except for emergency traffic and local traffic) Shell Avenue between Pacheco Boulevard and Waterfront Road on April 9, 1989 between 12 : 01 am and 8: 00 am for the purpose of replacing power lines subject to the following conditions: 1. Traffic will be detoured via neighborhood streets. 2 . All signing to be in accordance with the State of California Manual of Warning Signs, Lights and Devices; and the County Manual of Warning Signs, Lights and Devices; 3 . The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the action taken by the Public Works Director is APPROVED. 1 hereby certify that this!s a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
