Appoint to the Human Relations Commission to complete an unexpired term ending November 4, 1990, replacing Alex Zermeno: Raul Herrera 2017 Lanitos Court Antioch, CA 94509 2. Appoint to the Human Relations Commission to complete an unexpired term ending November 4, 1989, replacing Ron Reagan: Sherry-Ann Nichols 1526 Willow Pass Road, #44 Pittsburg, CA 94565 BACKGROUND: On March 21, 1989 the Board of Supervisors agreed to ask the County Administrator to ask the Independent Living Resource and the Hispanic Roundtable for nominations to the Human Relations Commission. Attached are applications received from Mr. Herrera and Ms. Nichols. Mr. Herrera has been nominated by the Hispanic Roundtable and Ms. Nichols has been nominated by the Independent Living Resource.
