Return to: Public Works Department Records Section THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on April 18, 1989 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, McPeak & Torlakson,'' NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 89/238 SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Subdivision MS 36-85, Alamo Area. The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision MS 36-85 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Norcal Development heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map. The Public Works Department having also notified this Board that these improvements have been completed with the exception of minor deficiencies, for which a $350 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 154463, dated March 31, 1989) was made by Falcon Hill Development to insure application of "Reclamite" pavement treatment. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED as of April 18 , 1989 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY October 20, 1987 Amwest Surety Insurance Company Bond #1131321 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there is no one year warranty period required, and the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $1, 000 cash security for performance (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 130410, dated September 30, 1987) plus interest in accordance with Government Code Section 53079, if appropriate, to Falcon Hill Development pursuant to the requirements of the Ordinance Code. 1 hereby certify that this is a true and ow.se copy of an action taken and entered an the minutes of the Board of 8upembore ondab shown.
