THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Resolution on April 11, 1989 by the following vote:

ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
RESOLUTION NO. 89/228
SUBJECT: Approve loan of $9, 383 from Contra Costa County
Sanitation District No 15 Zone 4 (Org #7392) to Contra
Costa County Sanitary Fleet Operations(Org #0063-4953) .
WHEREAS Sanitation District No. 15 has funds set aside
for the payment of a bond issue on June 1, 1992 ;
WHEREAS The Sanitary Fleet Operations requires a loan
of $9, 383 . 00 to replace the Sanitary Services vehicles;
WHEREAS said loan shall be repaid to Sanitation
District No. 15, Zone 4 prior to May 1, 1992 from monies
accumulated through the hourly depreciation charge, and the
payments shall include interest on the unpaid balance, at 9.45%
per annum, which is the current rate being received on
investments by Sanitation District No. 15, Zone 4.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as the Board of
Supervisors of Contra Costa County and as the Governing Board of
Contra Costa County Sanitation District No. 15 that said loan is
APPROVED.
