SUBJECT: AMENDMENT TO LEASE - 815 COURT STREET, MARTINEZ �'� ��1
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECONIlMENDATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, an Amendment to Lease with the U.S.
Postal Service for additional space at 815 Court Street,
Martinez , for occupancy by the Work Alternative Program, under
the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said
Amendment to Lease.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the
Sheriff-Coroner Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
Provide office space as requested by the Work Alternative
Program.
