SUBJECT: REVENUE' LEASE - CAROL A. WHITING, 2020 N. - BROADWAY, SUITE 205A,
WALNUT CREEK
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, a Revenue Lease with Carol A. Whiting,
for the premises at 2020 N. Broadway, Suite 205A, Walnut
Creek, under the terms and conditions more particularly set
forth in said Revenue Lease.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
This Revenue Lease provides for rents of $317. 00 per month to
be credited to the Miscellaneous Properties budget of the
General Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECONIl4ENDATION
The current lease for this space is currently on a
month-to-month basis. This will create a new Revenue Lease
for office space which is not required for County use.
