JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action:
Accept Grant . Deed dated January 17, 1989 from Richmond
Unified School District.
II. Financial Impact:
None
III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
Ong` September 20, 1988 the Board accepted a deed, dated June
28, 1988, from the School District. The legal description
for Parcel 1531 B therein was revised after acceptance and
recording of said deed requiring an additional deed for the
revised area.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
The project will not have sufficient land rights to allow
construction in accordance with the approved plans and
specifications.
