SUBJECT: Joint Hearing On Disposition and Development Agreement
Between The Contra Costa Redevelopment Agency And
Pleasant Hill Developments In The Pleasant Hill BART
Station Area.
This being the time heretofore noticed for a joint public hearing
between the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors and the Contra
Costa County Redevelopment Agency to consider a Disposition and
Development Agreement (DDA) between the Contra Costa County
Redevelopment Agency and Pleasant Hill Developments, a California
Limited Partnership whose general partner is Urban Holdings, Inc. ,
providing for the development of an 882 unit rental housing project in
the Pleasant Hill BART Redevelopment Project area.
Karl Wandry, Community Development Department, recommended to the
Board that this item be continued to April 11, 1989 to be heard with
item T. 3 from today' s calendar, hearing on proposed condemnation of
real property needed for Area 3, Park Regency Project, in the Pleasant
Hill BART Station area which has also been continued to that date.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the hearing on the above matter
is CONTINUED to April 11, 1989 at 11: 00 a.m.
