SUBJECT: LEASE AMENDMENT - 610 MARINA VISTA STREET, MARTINEZ
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION e
I. RECONMUMATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, a Lease Amendment, effective March 1,
1989, with Earl Dunivan and Joanne Dunivan, for the premises
at 610 Marina Vista Street, Martinez, for occupancy by the
Clerk-Recorder' s Office under the terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Lease Amendment.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
There will be no change in the financial impact of this Lease
caused by this Lease Amendment.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
LESSOR desires to amend the existing lease to reflect correct
ownership of the building at 610 Marina Vista Street,
Martinez.
