The Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency RESOLVES THAT: The Agency has adopted, by Resolution No. RA 84-14, Rules to Implement Preference to Dislocated Businesses and Owner Participants, in the Pleasant Hill BART Station Area Redevelopment Project. Pursuant to those Rules, the Agency has notified affected property owners within the Redevelopment Project Area that their parcels will be assembled for redevelopment purposes, and has invited those property owners to apply to the Agency to become master developers in the Project Area. Based upon the information submitted by responding property owners and the recommendation of Agency staff, the Agency has concluded that the property owner listed below has requisite development and financial expertise and ability. The Agency therefore hereby selects the following property owner as master developer in the area specified below, provided that said developer execute a Disposition and Development Agreement with the Agency within 90 days of the date of this resolution. 1. Pleasant Hill Developments, Area 3 and those portions a California Limited of Area 1 and Area 4 Partnership whose general included in County partner is Urban Holdings, Preliminary Development Inc. in conjunction with Plan 3056-87.
