MICHAEL WALFORD, CHIEF ENGINEER DATE: March 14, 1989 SUBJECT: San Ramon Creek Bypass Project No. : 7520-6B8636 Task: ACQ Account: 3540 SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION I. Recommended Action: APPROVE Right of Way Contract and ACCEPT Temporary Construction Easement dated February 23, 1989 from Lori Lee Talbot, et al. AUTHORIZE Chief Engineer to execute said Right of Way Contract on behalf of the District. Said Right of Way contract includes payment for an additional temporary construction easement to the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District for sewer relocation work required as a result of the County Flood Control project. APPROVE payment of $4,000. 00 for said property rights and AUTHORIZE the, Auditor-Controller to issue a check in said amount payable to Lori Lee Talbot, James E. Aigeltinger, Joanne M. Aigeltinger, Mariano Jimenez, Serina E. Jimenez, Lori L. Takahashi, Joseph H. Mattare Jr. , Mark W. Moffett, and Patricia R.
