At 12: 00 Noon the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez. At 2: 00 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - February 7 , 1989 (Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities) A-1. This Board will hold a closed session with its designated representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of performance,; or dismissal. B-1. This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code 554956 .9, subdivision: i' (b) Significant exposure to litigation. C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956 .9, subdivision: (a) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the litigation are: ll. L.E.
