RESOLUTION NO. 88/431
RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY OF RICHMOND
INTEGRATED FINANCING DISTRICT ACT PROCEEDING
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richmond
by Resolution No . 851A adopted on July 11, 1988 and filed
with the the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of Contra
Costa County, . has requested that the Contra Costa County
Board of Supervisors (the "Board of Supervisors" ) approve a
proposed integrated financing district proceeding in said
City, designated City of Richmond Atlas Road Interchange
Integrated Financing District (the "District" ) , and approve a
proposed form of Resolution of Intention for said integrated
financing district and a map of the area constituting said
integrated financing district (which said form of Resolution
of Intention and map were attached to and were made a part of
said Resolution No . 851A) ; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 10103 of .the Streets
and Highways Code, the legislative body of any territory in
which the proposed work within the District will be
constructed must consent to the formation of the District; '
and

WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors has carefully
considered said request, and is fully advised in this matter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa as follows:
1 . This Board of Supervisors. hereby approves the
proposed integrated financing proceeding in the City of
Richmond as hereinabove recited, designated the City of
Richmond Atlas Road Interchange Integrated Financing
District, and this Board of Supervisors hereby approves the
form of Resolution of Intention for said integrated financing
district and the map of the area constituting said integrated
financing. district, in the form in which said, Resolution -of
Intention and map (being a part of Resolution No. 851A
adopted by the City Council of. the ' City of Richmond on
June 27, 1988 ) are now on file with this Board of
Supervisors, and 'this Board of Supervisors hereby grants the.
City of Richmond consent to open all public streets in the
County of Contra Costa as is required for the acquisition and .
construction of said specified improvements under the
direction of the Engineer of Work in said proceeding.
. 2 . The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is
hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy of
this Resolution with the City Council of City of- Richmond, as
evidence of the approval of this Board .of .Supervisors to the
integrated financing proceeding, as herein provided.

3 . This resolution shall take effect from and
after its date of adoption.

the following vote :

hereby certify as follows:
The foregoing, resolution is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly adopted at a regular
meeting of the Board of Supervisors of said County duly and
regularly held at the regular meeting place thereof on .the
12th day of July, 1988, of- which meeting all of the members
of said Board of Supervisors had due notice and at which a
majority thereof were present; and that at said meeting ,said
resolution was adopted by the following vote:
AYES : Supervisors Powers , Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson & Schroder
NOES: None
ABSENT: .None
An agenda of said meeting was posted at least 72
hours before said meeting at Martinez, California, a location
freely accessible to members of the public, and a brief
description of said resolution appeared on said agenda.
I have carefully compared the foregoing with the
original minutes of said meeting on file and of record in my
office, and the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of
the original resolution adopted at said meeting and entered
in said minutes.

Said resolution has not been amended, modified or
rescinded since the date of its adoption and the same is now
in full force and effect.
