In the Matter of Amending Resolution No. 88/76 Deputy County Counsel Deep Class 88/ 3 33� 3 The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors Resolves that: Section 14 (Seniority) of .Resolution No. 88/76'. adopted by the Board ' of Supervisors on February 23, 1988 to combine the classes of Deputy .County. Counsel II , III and IV into a single deep class, having been found ambiguous is amended herein nunc pro tunc to state as originally intended, the correct..; class seniority date of all affected employees. Exhibit A (Allocation!' of '''..`, Existing Employees and Positions to Deputy County Counsel - Deep Class) is also''. `:`; : amended. Section 16 (Y-Rate Defined) is expanded herein for clarity and Section 18 . .. (Salary Reallocation Detail) is added. 1. Section 16 (Y-Rate Defined) As used in Exhibit A of this Resolution, Y-Rate means the withholding of any salary range adjustment at implementation of the deep class. Y-Rates so imposed shall be removed for individuals upon any of the following conditions; whichever comes first: 1. Reassignment of an incumbent in accordance with this Resolution. 2. Granting of an anniversary merit increase. 3. Awarding an Outstanding Performance Adjustment in accordance with this Resolution. 4. Implementation of the 7/1/88 general increase previously authorized for the deep class of Deputy County Counsel . 3. Section 18 (Salary Reallocation Detail ) Incumbents in the classes of Deputy County Counsel II , III , IV are reallocated to the deep class of Deputy County Counsel , salary level TS-1870, at the steps shown on Exhibit A, and are Y-Rated at their salary prior to this reallocation in accordance with Section 16.
