to County Service Area L-100 ) RESOLUTION NO. 88/388

This resolution is adopted pursuant to the Cortese-Knox Act (Gov. C.
H. 56000-57550) .
This proposal is for an annexation of the subject territory to County
Service Area L-100, and the purpose of the proposed change of organization is
to allow efficient provision of lighting service to the subject territory.
The exterior boundaries of the subject territory are as described in Exhibit A
hereto.
The terms and conditions for the change of organization, as specified
by the Local Agency Formation Commission, are that:
The boundaries of the annexation be as described in Exhibit A.
The affected territory will be taxed for any existing bonded indebted-
ness of County Service Area L-100. The regular county assessment roll will
be used for the collection of taxes and assessments in the subject territory.
After public hearing on this proposal, this' Board hereby approves
and orders this proposal, subject to the aforestated terms and conditions.

Lots 42, 43, 44, 146, 149 and 150 and a portion of lots 37 through 41,
147 and 148, as shown on the Map of Dewing Park, recorded July 24, 1913, in Book
10 of Maps; at Page 242, in the Office of the County Recorder of Contra Costa
County, being described as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of lot 44 of said Map (10 M 242);
thence along the north line of said lot 44 South 30020138" East, 116.15 feet to
a point on the centerline of Hillside Avenue (now abandoned), as shown on said
Map (10 M 242); said point being on a curve, the center of which bears South
39°32'20" East, 736.80 feet; thence southeasterly along said curve through a
central angle of 0301710711, 42.25 feet; thence southeasterly along the
northeasterly lines of lot 150 and the projection thereof and lot 146 South
40°55'38" East, 597.31 feet to a curve on the right of way of Ridge Road as
shown on said Map (10 M 242), the center of which bears South 05°45'02"
