RECONIlnKNDATION Board of Supervisors to EXERCISE, on behalf of the County, an option to extend the Lease, dated July 22, 1984, with the U.S. Postal Service for the premises at 815 Court Street, Martinez, for continued occupancy by the Sheriff-Coroner Department, Work Alternative Program, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease Option. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT Payments required are to come from the budget of the Sheriff-Coroner Department. III. REASONS FOR RECONIl00DATIONS/BACKGROUND Provide office space as requested by the Sheriff-Coroner Department for the Work Alternative Program. Maderious, for the premises at 206 Parker Avenue, Rodeo, for continued occupancy by the Social Service Department, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in .said Lease Option. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT Payments required are to come from the budget of the Social Service Department. III. REASONS FOR RECONIlUNDATION/BACKGROUND Provide for continued use of office space as requested by the Social Service Department.
