The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES
THAT:
A portion of the land acquired for the Highway 4 at Big
Break road widening project, as described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto, is excess and no longer necessary for County or other
public purposes.
A portion of the land owned by Albert D., Seeno Construc-
tion Co. , as described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto, is
required for the project.
This Board hereby APPROVES the exchange of said excess
land for the required land pursuant to Government Code Section
25526.5 and the Chair of this Board is hereby AUTHORIZED to
execute a Quitclaim Deed to Albert D. Seeno Construction Co. for
the property described in Exhibit "A" . The County Real Property
Division is DIRECTED to cause said deed to be delivered to the
Grantee together with a copy of this Resolution.
The Grant Deed from Albert D. Seeno to Contra Costa County
dated June 6, 1988 conveying the land described in Exhibit "B" to
the County is hereby ACCEPTED and the County Real Property
Division is DIRECTED to have said Deed recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder.

A portion of those parcels of land described in deeds to BBV Associates, a
general partnership recorded November 5, 1985 in Book 12600 at pages 488 and
491 of Official Records of Contra Costa County, California, which lie within
the southeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 2 North, Range 2 East, Mount Diablo
Meridian, described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly line of said BBV Associates parcel (1200 OR
488) at the westerly right of way line of State Highway 4, thence along said
southerly line north 890 25' 03" west 22.00 feet to a point on a line which is
parallel with and 42.00 feet westerly, riot angle measure, from the easterly
section line of said Section 22; thence along said parallel line north
00 34' 57" east 484.50 feet; thence leaving said parallel line northerly along
the arc of a tangent curve, concave to the west having a radius of 795.00 feet
through a central angle of 340 45' 4711, a distance of 482.35 feet to a point
of mound curve from which a radial line of a curve concave to the southwest
