RESOLUTION NO. 88/364
SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, Road Improvement Agreement
for Milano Road Acceptance and Midway Drive Acceptance,
Subdivision 6293 (City of Martinez) and Declaring
Certain Roads as County Roads, Martinez Area.
The Public Works Director having notified this Board that on
June 21, 1988 the improvements for Subdivision 6293 have been
completed as provided in the Road Improvement Agreement with
Citation Builders heretofore approved by this Board;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED as of June 21, 1988 thereby establishing the six-month
terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under
said Road Improvement Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described road
is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County road; the right of way
was conveyed by separate instrument, recorded on May 30, 1985, in
Volume 12338 of Official Records on page 145.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $2, 400 cash deposit
