SUBJECT: Revenue Lease with Contra Costa County Office of Education �'� '�1
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, a revenue ground Lease with the Contra
Costa County Office of Education for the premises at the Work
Furlough Center, 847 Brookside Drive, Richmond, for location
of a modular classroom building, under the terms and
conditions more particularly set forth in said revenue Lease.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Revenues are creditedto the budget of the General Services
Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOrIlMENDATION/BACKGROUND Provides for location
of a modular classroom owned by the Office of Education to
serve the inmates at the Work Furlough Center.

I. RECOMMENDATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, a revenue ground Lease commencing
June 1, 1988, with the Contra Costa County Office of Education
for the premises at Marsh Creek Detention Facility, 12000
Marsh Creek Road, Clayton, for location of a modular classroom
building, under the terms and conditions more particularly set
forth in said revenue Lease.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Revenues are credited to the budget of the General Services
Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMIlKENDATION/BACKGROUND Provides for location
of a modular classroom owned by the Office of Education to
serve the inmates at the Marsh Creek Detention Facility.

III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND Provides for location
of two modular classrooms owned by the Office of Education and
serving the children at Pride House on Juvenile Hall grounds.

SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKISROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECONIlUENDATION
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on
behalf of the County, a revenue Lease with Chicago Title
Company for desk space at 822 Main Street, Martinez, under the
terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said
Lease.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Rent payments of $55. 00 per year will be received by the
County and be placed in the General Services Department
budget.
III. REASONS FOR RECOVR4ENDATIOIN/BACKGROUND
Provides for annually renewable desk space Lease by Chicago
Title Company in accordance with said Lease.
