RECOMMENDATION AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, a revenue ground Lease with the Contra Costa County Office of Education for the premises at the Work Furlough Center, 847 Brookside Drive, Richmond, for location of a modular classroom building, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said revenue Lease. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT Revenues are creditedto the budget of the General Services Department. III. REASONS FOR RECOrIlMENDATION/BACKGROUND Provides for location of a modular classroom owned by the Office of Education to serve the inmates at the Work Furlough Center.
