Administers, analyzes and interprets the results of tests. 200% Coordinates, recruits and supervises pre- and post-doctoral interns in MHCrisis Services for both clinical work in Crisis Services and the Liaison Service, 100% Evaluates 5150'd and voluntary status patients by conducting full psychologica assessment, including full range of psychodiagnostic techniques. Makes independent clinical judgement regarding patient acuity level and determines appropriateness for psychiatric admission. Prepares written reports of clinical findings for medical records. 15% Provides crisis iptervention treatment as required with children, adults and related support networks: Provides psychotherapy with children, adolescents and adults; conducts marital and family -therapy sessions, as required. 5% Provides consultation and evaluation both in person and on phone for wide variety of community agencies regarding individuals in their care. 5% Acts in lead capacity over other licensed personnel, assists with selection and training of staff, helps coordinate their work assignments and gives them functional/programmatic direction, observes staff performance and provides input to their evaluation. 1 .
