Recommended Action: ACCEPT that portion of the storm drain easement described in the offer of dedication previously accepted for recording purposes only on June 1, 1976 from R & K Industrial Products, Inc. and recorded on June 15, 1976 in Book 7903 at page 197 of Official Records of Contra Costa County, that lies within the area described in Exhibit "A” attached hereto and identified as right of way parcel 1532 . II. Financial Impact: No cost involved. III. Reasons for Recommendations: To give the County the necessary right of way for the Wildcat Creek flood control project IV. Background: The Offer of Dedication was obtained as a condition of approval for Variance Permit 1091-75. V. Consequences of Negative Action: Negative action would require to County to purchase the already dedicated right of way.
