THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RECORDS SECTION Adopted this Resolution on May 10, 1988 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson & Schroder NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 88/268 SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads, Subdivision 6559, Concord Area. The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 6559 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Peter B. Bedford heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY August 12, 1988 Continental Insurance Company Bond No. 2224010 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described roads, as shown and dedicated for public use on the final map of Subdivision 6559 filed August 14, 1986, in Book 305 of Maps at page 8, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County Roads.
