Recommended Action: A. ACCEPT a portion of the following offers of dedication, as described in the attached Exhibit A, which offers were previously accepted for recording purposes only. Back round: These offers of dedication were obtained as conditions of approval of various development plans to provide for road improvements. V. Consectuences of Negative Action: Negative action would require us to purchase the already dedicated right of way. R,/W Parcel 11 A portion of Parcel "A" as said parcel is spawn on the map filed January 16, 1978 in .Book 61 of Parcel Maps at page 42, Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, being the most northerly 12.50 feet of said Parcel "A". EXCEPTTING THEREFRCM: All of that parcel of land described in the deed to Gustavo Spinelli et ux, recorded January 3, 1961 in Book 3775 of Official Records at page 385, records of said County.
