SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, . Subdivision MS 42-84,
Walnut Creek Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the
improvements in Subdivision MS 42-84 have been completed as
provided in the Subdivision Agreement with AEN One Associates
heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing
of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
COMPLETED for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal
period for the filing of liens in case of action under said
Subdivision Agreement:

March 26, 1985 Cash Deposit
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $2, 600 cash security for
labor and materials (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 90219, dated
March 7, 1985) deposited by AEN One Associates be RETAINED . for
the six-month lien guarantee period until November 10, 1988, at
which time the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the
cash security less the amount of any claims on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $5,200 cash deposit
(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 90219, dated March 7, 1985) made by
AEN One Associates be RETAINED for one year pursuant to the
requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
