Code Sec. 25526. 6 SUBJECT: Conveyance of Easement to Central Contra Costa Sanitary District Project No. 0119-4266 (WO 6G5387) Pleasant Hill Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: Contra Costa County acquired property at 2025 Sherman Drive, Pleasant Hill, on December 1, 1987 for Probation Department purposes. The Sanitary District has requested an easement for sewer purposes over a portion of said lands described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. The sewer easement will allow the Sanitary District to provide sewer service to the County owned property. This Board FINDS that the conveyance of such easement is in the public interest and will not substantially conflict or interfere with the County's use of the property. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of an easement to Central Contra Costa Sanitary District, over the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526. 6 and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant of Easement on behalf of the County. Dept. : Public Works (R/P) cc: Public Works Accounting Public Works Records Grantee (via R/P) DD:lo BO:brsh26.t4 RESOLUTION NO. 88/230 .-; Exhibit "A" Portion of the Rancho Monte Del Diablo described as follows: Commencing at the northeastern corner of Parcel "D" as said parcel is shown on the Parcel Map filed September 3, 1981 in Book 97 of Parcel Maps at page 24, thence along the northern line of said Parcel D South 78°36'33" West, 7.00 feet to the true point of beginning, said point being the point of intersection of said northern line with the west line of the 20 foot wide strip of land described as Parcel No. 1 in the Grant of Easement to .Central Contra Costa Sanitary District recorded July 12, 1961 in Book 3907 of Official Records of Contra Costa County, page 75; thence from said point of beginning continuing along the north line of said Parcel D (97 PM 24) South 78°36'33" West, 16.00 feet; thence leaving said north line of Parcel D North 11 °23'27" West, 12.50 feet; thence North 78°36'33" East, 20.28 feet to the west line of said 20 foot wide Central Contra Costa Sanitary District easement (3907 OR 75) ; thence southerly along said west line, along the arc of a non-tangent curve having a radius of 128.00 feet, concave to the west, through a central angle of 5055 '02", an arc length of 13.22 feet to the point of beginning.
