Anderson on Minor Subdivision 64-87 in the Alamo Area. This is the time heretofore noticed by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors for hearing on the appeal of Norma H. Anderson from the decision of the San Ramon Valley Regional Planning commission acting as the Board of Appeals upholding the decision of the Zoning Administrator approving with amended conditions the application by Isakson & Associates, Inc. (applicants) and Marie Stroever (owner) for approval of a Minor Subdivision (MS 64-87) in the Alamo area. Mary Fleming, Community Development Department, described the project site and the requested subdivision and commented that the appellant is asking that access be provided through the site onto their parcel which is the sixty acre parcel to the north. Supervisor Schroder clarified that the issue here was just the issue of access, and not the subdivision itself. The following people appeared to speak: Gene DeBolt, 811 San Ramon Valley Boulevard, Danville, representing the appellant, Norman Anderson, commented that there was no disagreement with the subdivision itself just the question of access from the Las Quebradas Lane extension. Frank L. Volz, 2695 Danville Boulevard, Alamo, representing the Planning Committee and Executive Board of the Alamo Improvement Association, commented in opposition to the extension of Las Quebradas Lane, requesting the road terminate with the subdivision. Dave Isakson., 2255 Ygnacio Valley Road, Walnut Creek, Engineer on the project subdivision, requested the Board to agree with the zoning Administrator, the Alamo Improvement Association and the Planning Commission that Las Quebradas Lane should not be extended. Gene DeBolt spoke in rebuttal, and requested the extension of Las Quebradas Lane. The public hearing was closed. Supervisor Schroder recommended deferring decision on this matter to have the opportunity to look at the steepness of the grade off of Livorna Road and to drive the Las Quebradas Road and study the effect of a possible stub street on the subdivision being requested. Therefore, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the decision on the appeal of Norma H. Anderson relative to Minor Subdivision #64-87 is DEFERRED to May 10, 1988 determination calendar. cc: Community Development Dept. I hereby certify that this Is a true andcorrect copy of Isakson & Associates era action takan and antered on the rninutes of the Marie Stroever Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
