POSITION 454-02541 TO PERMANEA�TIME Reference above subject, and per instructions by Ray Philbin, I am requesting that your office initiate the process to change this positon from 15 hours week (P.I.) to 25 hours week (permanent part-time). As a result of salary savings, the CHDP budget is adequate to cover all salary and associated costs. Programmatic changes in our Health Education component have increased to the point where the current available hours are insufficient to cover all of our activities. Following is a partial list of new activities and increased time commitment responsiblity for achieving ongoing activities: 1. Injury Prevention 2. Staff time. for support to the MCAH Board 3. Community outreach to 200% population 4. Proposal and grant writing 5. Provider network quality assurance with regards to the CHDP exam 6. Outreach to day care centers 7.
