Executive Director an A-level .Clerk Position
Please submit a P-300 to County Personnel to add an A-level Clerk position to
the Health Plan Division, cost center 6116, and cancel Data Control Clerk posi-
tion #1422. 1 am also requesting the authority to fill the A-level Clerk
position as soon as possible.
The individual selected to fill this clerical position will function as a recep-
tionist in our new offices and perform the following tasks:
o Reviewing visitors and directing them appropriately.
o Providing basic information to walk-in visits.
o Answering telephones primarily for published Health Plan numbers and
back-up for five Health Plan units.
