SUBJECT: Intention to Purchase Real Property
for a Fire Station Site

RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County as the Board of
Directors of the Oakley Fire Protection District RESOLVES THAT:
It intends to purchase from William and Patricia J. Rogers for a
fire station site, the real property described in Exhibit "All
attached hereto, for $25,500.00, in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the Right of Way Contract between the Oakley Fire
Protection District of Contra Costa and William and Patricia J.
Rogers, dated March 7, 1988, which is a fair and reasonable price
therefor. A copy of said contract is on file in the Public Works
Department.
This Board will meet on May 3, 1988 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board's
Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, to
consummate this purchase and the Clerk of this Board is DIRECTED to
publish the following notice in the Antioch Ledger pursuant to
Government Code Section 6063.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County declares its
intention to purchase from William and Patricia J. Rogers, at a
price of $25,500.00, a parcel of land containing approximately one
acre located on Live Oak Avenue, approximately, 375 feet north of
Laurel Road, Oakley, California and more particularly described in
Resolution No. 88/ 137 — of the Board and will meet at 9:00
a.m. on May 3, 1988, in its Chambers, County Administration
Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, California, to consummate the
purchase.

The following described real property is in the unincorporated area of the County
of contra costa, State of California,
A portion of the southwest 1/4 of Section 27, Township 2 north, Range 2 east,
Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, described as follows:
The most easterly 310 feet of the southerly 150 feet of the parcel of land
described in the deed frcm William Rogers to William Rogers and Patricia J.
Rogers, his wife, as joint tenants, dated. October 31, 1986, and recorded November
4, 1986 in Book 13236 at page 835 of Official Records of Contra Costa County.
