HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03221988 - T.4 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA T. 4 Adopted this Order on March 22, 1988 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors McPeak, Torlakson and Schroder NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisors Powers and Fanden ABSTAIN: None ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------------------------- SUBJECT: Hearing on Rezoning Request 2765-RZ, Final Development Plan 3070-87 and Tentative Map for Subdivision 7045 Filed by Diversified Shopping Centers and Mary S. and Gregory B. Cherezian, et al in the Oakley area. The Board of Supervisors on March 15, 1988 continued to this date the hearing before the Board of Supervisors on the recommendation of the East County Regional Planning Commission on the request by Diversified Shopping Centers (applicant) and Mary S. and Gregory B. Cherezian, et al (owners) to rezone land from Retail Business 9R-B) to Planned Unit District (P-1) ( 2765-RZ) and Final Development Plan 3070-87 and Tentative Map for Subdivision 7045 in the Oakley area. Jean Mesick, Community Development Department, recommended that this matter be referred back to the East County Regional Planning Commission for review of the project and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) findings. Supervisor Torlakson concurred with the staff recommendation. The public hearing was opened and no one appearing to speak, the public hearing was closed. Therefore, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the above Rezoning Request 2765-RZ, Development Plan 3070-87, and Tentative Subdivision Map 7045 are REFERRED to the East County Regional Planning Commission for review of CEQA findings and the project. 1 hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of . an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
