Investments (Owner) - Request to rezone 1. 25 acres from Single
Family Residential (R-7) to Neighborhood Business (N-B) , in the
El Sobrante area. (S.D. II )
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Approve rezoning application 2759-RZ, as recommended by the
County Planning Commission on December 15, 1987.
2. Adopt the Planning Commission' s findings as/ set forth in its
resolution #3-1988, as the basis for your Board' s decision.
3 . Accept environmental review documentation as being adequate.
4. Introduce the ordinance giving effect to the rezoning; waive
reading and set date for adoption of the same.

for hearing on this matter, the public hearing was opened and no one appearing
in opposition, the public hearing was closed.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that recommendations 1, 2 , and 3 are APPROVED; and
as in recommendation 4, Ordinance No. 88-21 is INTRODUCED, reading waived and
ilarch 15 , 1938 is set for adoption of same.
