SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATIONS) & BACKGROUND AND
JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action:
APPROVE Right of Way Contract from Alton L. Davidson which
includes temporary construction rights.
AUTHORIZE Chief Engineer to execute said Right of Way
Contract on behalf of the District.
APPROVE payment of $4, 000. 00 for said property rights . and
AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to issue a check in said
amount payable to Alton L. Davidson, to be forwarded to the
Real Property Division for delivery.

II. Financial Impact:
Payment of $4, 000.00 from Drainage Area 13 funds.
III. Reasons for Recommendations:
Due to unforseen delays, a time extension for the property
rights is required for the Drainage Area 13 - Line E project.
V. Consequences of Negative Action:
The project will not have sufficient land rights to allow
continued construction in accordance with the approved plans
and specifications.
