HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 02091988 - 1.12 .q 1 , 12- THE • 1ZTHE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on February 9, 1988 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson & Schroder NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 88/70 SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision 6577, Oakley Area. The following documents were presented for Board approval this date: The Final Map of Subdivision 6577, property located in the Oakley area, said map having been certified by the proper officials. A Subdivision Agreement with Kaufman and Broad of Northern California, Inc. , subdivider, whereby said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said agreement. Said documents were accompanied by: I. Security to guarantee the completion of road and drainage improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: A. Cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 122460, dated April 3, 1987) in the amount of $1, 136 made by Kaufman and Broad of Northern California, Inc. B. Additional security in the form of two corporate surety bonds dated March 26, 1987, and issued by American Casualty Company of Reading Pennsylvania (Bond No. 5227630) with Kaufman and Broad of Northern California, Inc. , as principal, in the amount of $112 ,464 for faithful performance and $56,800 for labor and materials. II. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1987-88 tax lien has been paid in full. Said Subdivision is in the Oakley Area of Benefit as established by Board Resolution No. 85/97, which provides for the collection of fees at the time the subdivision's final map is filed. It was the intent, however, that the fees be collected when the building; permits are issued, not when the final map is filed. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be consistent with the County's general and specific plans. I i BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also APPROVED. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Area of Benefit fees be collected with the issuance of building permits. thereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of°he Board of Supervisors on the date shorn.
