SUBJECT; Closed ,Session
The Chairman announced that a closed session would be
held in accordance with the parameters as set forth in the
attached announcement.
At 1 : 30 P.M. the Board recessed into closed session in
Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez. The following Board members attended the closed
session:
Supervisor Sunne W. McPeak, Chair
Supervisor Tom Powers
Supervisor Nancy C. Fanden
Supervisor Robert I . Schroder
Supervisor Tom Torlakson
At 3 : 00 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda.

CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - June 2, 1987
(Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities)
A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated
representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and
to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of
performance, or dismissal .
B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956. 9 , subdivision (a) :
1. Steven Wells, et al. v. County of Contra Costa, et al.
2 . Olivia Craven v. County of Contra Costa, et al.
3. County of Contra Costa, et al . v. Dept. of Corrections,
et al.
