The Board of Supervisors as the Governing Body of the
Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District
ORDERS THAT the following Relocation Assistance Claim is
APPROVED, and the County Principal Real Property Agent is
AUTHORIZED to sign the claim form on behalf of the District.

Claim for Actual 6/5/87 Ackerman $3, 787.50
Moving Expenses Travel Inc.
Payment is for relocation assistance obligation
resulting from District's purchase of the building in which
claimant's business was a tenant.
The County Auditor-Controller is AUTHORIZED to issue
check to the payee in the amount specified to be delivered to the
County Real Property Division.
I hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of
