CONTRA COSTA COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 19
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PLAN CHECKING AND PERMIT FEES
FOR
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 19
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, as and
constituting the Board of Directors of Contra Costa County
Sanitation District No. 19, ordains as follows:.
SECTION 1 . REPEAL OF RESOLUTIONS . All resolutions heretofore
adopted by the Board in conflict or inconsistent with any
provision of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2 . PLAN CHECKING FEES . The following plan checking fee
shall be paid before plans for mobilehome parks , subdivisions, and
site collection systems will be checked by the District:
Initial plan check and one resubmittal $250
Each additional review $ 50
SECTION 3 . PERMIT AND INSPECTION FEES . The following permit and
inspection fees shall be paid upon application for sewerage
service:
Permit Fee $ 50
Sewer Inspection Fees:
House lateral inspection $ 30 each
Main lateral inspection $ 30 each
Camera inspection of sewer main $200 (plus
$0 .40 per lineal
foot over 500
lineal feet)
Water Inspection Fees:
Water connection inspection $ 10 each
Water main inspection $ 0. 50/ft.
Sewer or water facilities not covered above 71/2% of
construction
costs
SECTION 4 . EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance becomes effective 60
days after passage, and within 15 days after passage shall be
published once with the names of supervisors voting for and
against it in the Brentwood News, a newspaper published in this
County and circulated in the District.
PASSED on June 16, 1987' , by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers , Schroder, Torlakson and McPeak
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Fanden
ABSTAIN: None
