SUBJECT : In the Matter of Supplement No . 55 to County-State
Master Agreement No . 04-5928 , Christen Drive Bridge
Replacement , Pacheco area . State Project No .
BROS-0013 ( 16 ) . County Project No. 0662-6R-4085-86 .
WHEREAS , a County-State Master Agreement No . 04-5928 for Federal
Aid projects has been approved by the Board on June 21 , 1977 ; and
The Public Works Director having recommended Program Supplement
No . 55 , which provides $112 ,000 in Federal and State funds for
the replacement of the Christen Drive Bridge in the Pacheco area ,
be approved .
NOW , THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , that the Chair of the Board of
Supervisors is AUTHORIZED to execute Program Supplement No . 55 .
