SUBJECT: Revenue Lease with Child Assault Prevention of Contra Costa
County; Inca for Classroom 2 of Building F at George Miller, Jr.
Memorial Center, 3020 Grant Street, Concord
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Director of General
Services to EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, a Revenue Lease
commencing June 1, 1987, with Child Assault Prevention of
Contra Costa County, Inc. for Classroom 2 of Building' F at
30201 Grant Street; Concord, under the terms and conditions
more particularly set forth in said Lease.
II. Financial Impact: Revenues are credited to the Health
Services Department budget.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provides revenues
from; space not needed by the County. Tenant is compatible
withlother operations. at the Center.
