THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

SUBJECT; Closed Session
The Chairman announced that a closed session would be
held in accordance with the parameters as set forth in the
attached announcement.
At 2: 30 P.M. the Board recessed into closed session in
Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street,
Martinez . The following Board members attended the closed
session:
Supervisor Robert I . Schroder, Chair
Supervisor Tom Powers
Supervisor Nancy C. Fanden
Supervisor Tom Torlakson
At 3 : 00 P.M. the Board reconvened and continued with the
regular agenda.
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - May 19 , 1987
(Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all its capacities)
A-1. This Board will hold a closed session with its designated
representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation
and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation
of performance, or dismissal.
B-1. This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending
litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956. 9 , subdivision (a) :
1. County of Contra Costa, et al. , v. Department of
Corrections, et al.
