Records Technician in same position and cost center (5971) 40/40 FIE.
Medical Records Functions performed in WCCMHC Medical Records Unit:
- ,Daily verify Clients Daily Log from Satellite Clinics against Medical
'Records.
- Daily analyze charts from clinic appointments of previous day.
- 'Maintain Master Patient Index.
- Torward deficiency notices to clinicians.
- Make new charts.
60% - Cross reference tracking cards with clinic's Log.
- Maintain monthly deficiencie's (Rolodex) .
- Copy Drug Profiles and send to RHC.
- Forward carbon copies Psych. Emer. Notes to RHC.
- Pull charts from clinic appointments daily following date.
- Maintain Geriatric Alpha File.
-'Maintain CMHC Alpha File.
-, Inactive charts for client's not seen after 90 days.
- Interfiling patient information from within county and outside (i.e. ,
discharge summaries) .
- Read chart notes to clinicians upon request.
- Telecopier transmission and receiving of information.
