Adopted this Order on May 12, 1.987 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder , Torlakson , McPeak
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 87/272
SUBJECT: Correcting the Total Maintained Mileage to be 761 . 13
Miles .
Section 2121 of the Street and Highways Code provides that
in May of each year , . each county shall submit to the State
Department of Transportation any additions or exclusions from its
mileage of maintained county roads , specifying the . termini and
mileage of each route added or excluded; and
The State Department of Transportation certified to the
State Controller on March 31 , 1987 that the total mileage of
maintained county roads in Contra Costa County was 765 . 16 , and
The County now finds that the total mileage of maintained
county roads is 761 . 13 miles; and
The mileage distribution by Supervisorial District is :

NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RESOLVED
that the mileage of maintained county roads ( as certified by the
State March 31 , 1987 ) be corrected as indicated on the May, 1987
version of the Highway Planning Survey Map and in accordance with
the additions or corrections which documents are on file in .the
Office of the Public Works Director of Contra Costa County.
