Broadway, Suite 101, Walnut Creek SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AIS JUSTIFICATION I. Recommended Action: AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE, on behalf of the County, an Amendment to the Lease with Syncal, Inc. for the premises at 2020 N. Broadway, Suite 101, Walnut Creek, to extend ...the term to February 28, 1989 due to the exercise of tenant' s option and to establish the rent for said option period, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Amendment. II. Financial Impact: No impact to the General Services budget this fiscal year. III.
