The Board of Supervisors as the Governing Body of the
Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District
ORDERS THAT the following Right of Way Contract is APPROVED.

Payment is for a sanitary sewer easement needed to
relocate a Central Contra Costa Sanitary District pipeline in
conjunction with the flood control project.
The County Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to
execute the above Right of Way Contract on behalf of the
District.
The County Auditor-Controller is AUTHORIZED to issue a
check to the payee in the amount specified to be forwarded to the
County Real Property Division for delivery.
I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
